Time Travel

Write about an important, big event in your childhood. Write this poem in first person. Write as if you are actually in that moment again, with child appropriate language.  Don't worry if you start to make some stuff up.

Now, write about the same event from an adults perspective. You are you now, and you are looking back at you then.  Make sense?  Time Travel!
